Brittany McNevin
Born and raised in Canada, Brittany is a former collegiate volleyball player who also played basketball, danced competitively, and played ultimate Frisbee for several years. In 2015, she made the decision to pursue her passion, a career as a personal trainer.
While working on her training certification, Brittany started competing in Kettlebell and represented Team Canada at Worlds In South Korea. Now a personal trainer based in San Diego, CA she plays pickleball both competitively and leisurely whenever she gets a free moment!
Brittany specializes in sport-specific training and strength and conditioning, as well as general fitness. She is passionate about fixing the imbalances and pain people may have so they can successfully reach their goals without injury. Brittany believes in educating her clients so they understand the “ why” behind what she has them doing.
More recently, Brittany started training clients specifically for pickleball. Whether they’re looking to become more physically fit, lose weight or get stronger so they can improve their game, her clients all have something in common – they want to play as much pickleball as possible without pain or injury. Being an avid player herself, Brittany understands the one thing a “pickleballer” doesn’t want is to be out of the game!
