Where to Hit a Dink Shot in Pickleball

This video reviews strategies on where you want to hit the ball when dinking. In pickleball, there’s a circle of space around you in which you don’t have to move to hit the ball. This space is known as the Golden Circle. 

Your goal is to hit balls outside of your opponent’s Golden Circle. You want to get your opponent moving, getting them out of position or off-balance. Doing this will open up the court when you’re playing soft court and will make you think more strategically about ball placement.
